Oil Change in Universal City, TX at 800 Pat Booker Rd

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When I arrived, all four service bays were open and ready for oil change services. A young employee immediately came out, offered me a cold bottle of water, asked what service I needed, and directed me to one of the drive-up stations. Zeke then came over and explained that my GMC requires full synthetic oil and that a conventional option was not available. He scanned my VIN to verify the vehicle requirements and confirmed that synthetic oil was the correct service for my vehicle. The team got right to work. One technician checked under the hood while another was already underneath the vehicle draining the oil. They inspected my engine air filter and let me know it was still in good shape with an estimated 7,000 to 10,000 miles of life remaining. They also checked the cabin air filter behind the glove compartment. It was extremely dirty and was likely overdue for replacement, so I had it changed during the visit. Overall, the service was quick, efficient, and very easy to navigate. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process. The total cost came to $178 including taxes. It felt a little steep, but that’s pretty much the reality of vehicle maintenance these days. The convenience, speed, and customer service made for a positive experience overall.

Joshua and Keyshon did a phenomenal job! They were both extremely thorough with the oil change and filter replacement. They made sure to show me everything so that I could be aware of the changes that they were making. I had questions about my windshield wipers and Joshua was able to assist. I will be going back! Their patience and ability to keep you in the loop of what they were doing and answer additional questions without making you feel rushed was just what a customer needs!!

Zeke is absolutely amazing. The whole team is efficient and honest. They helped me out with my coolant/radiator and worked with me with pricing. For a young man, Zeke was incredibly knowledgeable about the services they provide. The whole team was very thorough & made sure my vehicle got the services it needed most. I came by to get past maintenance documentation on my vehicle before gifting the car to my granddaughters. I explained that I wanted them to know the importance of vehicle maintenance. Worker was very helpful in providing the documents and even offered to show them how the process works if I wanted to bring them in. I truly appreciate the efforts given and the kindness shown to me
