Great experience at Take 5! The guys were friendly, professional, and very informative. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood what my car needed without making me feel pressured. The service was quick and easy, and the customer service was excellent. I really appreciated how helpful everyone was. I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change. Highly recommend!
Exceptional service from the take five team of Andrew and Devin. Recommend this take 5 location over the other one in Temple because the service is faster from the moment they came out to keep me. The team maintained professionalism from start to finish and even washed the windshield wipers when it was complete. I will never go to any take five location again.
Pete and Aiden were exceptionally kind. I came in for an oil change. They didn’t have my oil type in stock, so they suggested I should stop by the auto store next door to buy it and they could change it out. Very thoughtful. They gave me a discount on the labor as an apology. Great service, I’ll be coming back next time.
