I recently visited Take 5 for the first time and was very impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I received excellent customer service. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, which made my first visit a very positive one. I was especially impressed with how quickly and efficiently the service was completed. The team worked together seamlessly while still providing attentive and courteous service. Overall, my first experience with Take 5 was excellent. The combination of great customer service, professionalism, and fast, efficient service made a strong impression on me. I would definitely recommend Take 5 to others and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a great customer experience!
I was greeted and given a water immediately & was in and out quick and easy. Adrian & the crew that helped seemed knowledgeable and kind. I heard a recommendation for a seal they saw was older on another vehicle and let the owner to look into it, even though it wasn’t a service they offered. Now that’s looking out for your customers, going above and beyond. I have been to quick oil change places that have incompetent crews and this isn’t one of those places. No wait, as I was helped immediately. During the oil change was fast and Adrian kept me updated and listened when I asked to not check the extra filters as one is finicky on my car. I appreciate the fast & excellent customer service. I normally do my own oil changes but didn’t have time before leaving town. Adrian and his Team made it where I’d actually come back!
First visit was on July 16th, was greeted by Alexis and had my car worked. Alexis immediately stands out amongst everyone because of how bubbly she is! I noticed a small leak after visiting and came back the 31st (today). Alexis, instead of being the greeter, was now one of the people actually working on the cars. Its super amazing to see women in these positions!! She was very kind and extremely helpful in walking us through what the cause could be and how they would resolve it. I just wanted to give her a shout out for the amazing customer care she provides.
