I went to the Take Five in Windcrest off Walzem Road and as soon as I drove up, Tre met me at my car With a nice cold water and explained all the details of the shop and I drove in and from the very beginning, the staff- the building -the crew Riley and the manager Jerry All met me and explained everything they were gonna do and personally I had a wonderful Experience which is rare for a person going in to get their oil changed –The shop was very clean. They informed me on everything that they do and for me I was very impressed of what I saw and what Tre and what Riley did and what Jerry did and they went over everything in detail. I was just really amazed and a wonderful experience and from now on, I’m not gonna go anywhere else. Thank you guys a bunch. I appreciate it and I do have five vehicles and I will Take them all there-Thanks again Tre-Riley-Jerry
1st time coming here for an oil change and was amazed with the service I received!! They gave me some water while I waited in my car, and the manager came out and asked me how my experience was! In and out no longer than 10 minutes!! I really loved how I didn't have to make an appointment for a oil change. You just drive right up!! If you need an oil change I recommend this location!!
Both technicians were very friendly and professional. They explained the whole process from beginning to end. They did not try to up sell or pressure me at all. They in fact did the safety check and oil change while I stayed in my truck. The overall price was well worth the service and then some. I highly recommend them. I also appreciated the military discount they gave me.
