This is an update. Was there on the hottest day of the year and two young ladies were doing a great job. Felicity (I think) took care of me quickly and did an excellent job. These guys won me over. I was back in line on a hot day. Tyler kept me supplied with water, updated me on progress, and inspected my car quickly. (He was outstanding.) I've been using them for the last couple of years and I can't say enough good about them.
On 9/24/2026, Went for a state inspection. The area to enter the shop was full and blocking the entrance to where the techs could not see other cars. I parked and walk up to the work area to lett someone know I am waiting outside in the parking area, but no one lifted their head to acknowledge my presence. 30 minutes later I went to the service entrance again and this time I told a male tech that I am in my car waiting. There is a sign stating to wait in the car, but there is no sign stating to drive up to the service area. I waited about 45 to 60 minutes in my car until the tech walk up the other car who got there way after me. I confronted the tech and inform her that I have been waiting before other customers . They do good work but the business area is not large enough to make a line to the service area without creating a hazardous area for vehicle entering or exiting the business. The techs are busy and not able to see customer coming in for service and end up waiting long period or leaving without getting service. Your service procedure for customers needs to be uncluttered and someone should be acknowledging each customer that enter your business area to ensure their presence are known and how long it will take to get services, that way the customer can decide to wait or leave. Otherwise, you may be loosing business.
I had a great experience at Take 5! The manager was absolutely awesome, very professional, welcoming, and made sure everything was taken care of. The entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service…. It’s always nice to visit a place where you feel appreciated as a customer. Keep up the great work! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location!
