First visit, warm day but cold water offered and accepted gratefully, very attentive and answered my questions, everyone was friendly and helped this old woman with resetting dashboard messages. Manager was quick but took some extra time with me without showing any annoyance that I had questions about the oil etc. I appreciated the help and not making me feel bad but now I know and will be going back next month for an inspection. They checked all the fluids. Air in tires and checked my wipers for replacement at my request gave me a tip for how to do myself if I need to. Thanks guys!!! See you soon.
Tina,Came here for an oil change & left with more services done at a better rate than had I gone to Walmart. Darwyn greeted me initially & made me feel very assured with his communication about the services being done on my Jeep. Most places want you in & out the place without you knowing what’s going on, but both him & Alyssa set the bar on time efficiency, communication, & friendliness! Had an oil change, new filter, & windshield wipers installed in less than 40 minutes! All this was done while they were handling multiple other cars. My vehicle will be here regularly for maintenance going forward !!

Carla Byrd,2nd one I went to yesterday 1st location I pulled up at 5:30 pm they refused said they was closed. I mentioned it was only 5:30 and if your title is correct it should only take you till 5:35 to complete a basic oil change all he said was sorry . Now for the best 5 min oil change location I have been to . I was treated with how can I help you today . Told them just need a basic oil change pulled me right in offered us water and began his duties asking me about my filters. Just had them changed I replied he said ok and proceeded to do his duties asking. Both employees were very professional and nice.
