Oil Change in Mineral Wells, TX at 2104 E. Hubbard St

Earlier this year, my high school-age daughter was in town with a friend to see a basketball game. When she got there, she had car problems and she called me from the basketball gymnasium at the high school. I called around town, and it was right at closing time. Nobody was open or willing to stay open or willing to see the car to see if they could help. I finally, luckily, spoke with Sebastian at Take Five in Mineral Wells, and he said it was okay if she just brought the car by. He wasn't sure if he could help her, but he said he would certainly take a look. In the end, Sebastian kept the store open after closing time and did work on his own time to make the car drivable so that my daughter and her friend could get home that night. I just want to say that we need more people like Sebastian, and we need more companies like Take Five. This was a big deal to us. We were going to be in quite a bind with my young daughter there with her young friend in a situation where they can't drive the car. With me being quite a ways away, it was going to be a very long evening for our family, for sure. I just want to say thank you, Sebastian, for doing what you do. Keep it up, because it doesn't go unnoticed. I can't thank you enough, Take Five, for hiring people like him. My daughter and I have talked about this on a number of occasions, and we've thought about this often. In today's world, we just need more people in businesses like this, in my opinion. I highly recommend Take Five for any of your needs, and any time you see Sebastian in there, just tell him thank you, because he's one of the good ones.

This place is amazing. When I arrived, Sebastian, the assistant manager talked to me about options. He noticed I seemed off and asked if I was okay. I told him I had anxiety about driving into the bay. The other gentleman guiding me in did a little dance jig and that made me laugh and eased some anxiety. Sebastian was great at going over and describing everything to me. Did not get the feel of a pushy salesman but someone who genuinely cares about people. I also got new windshield wipers installed and they asked me to turn them on. My brain short circuited and I accidentally turned on the fluid when I turned on the wipers and shot wiper fluid right into Sebastian’s mouth. I immediately apologized! He laughed, I laughed, I had a great experience and will definitely only go here for oil changes from now on.

Service was over the top. Assistant Manager was very informative on what I needed and quoted prices. Oil changes are very expensive now anywhere I go. It costs a lot to maintain a vehicle. But, I can get it done quicker at TAKE 5. The staff there were very friendly and efficient. And I did get a discount. So I would rate it a great service overall.

I always take my van here to get an oil change. this time, I told them my concerns about my van running hot. they checked for leaks, which I did not have one thank goodness, so they said getting an antifreeze exchange. would help, so they did that the assistant manager Sebastian. and an older gentle man I wish I could remember his name explained everything to me in a way I could understand it was a little bit of a wait but when they got to me. It was quick, to check for the leak and get my oil changed and they did a good job. I would recommend this place.

Sebastian was amazing! I happened to come right at shift change on a Friday and he and the staff handled the rush like champs! I will definitely be back for the coolent flush that he recommended.
