We had a fantastic experience yesterday!!! Had a team that worked around our car for an oil change! They checked our tire pressure, fluids, changed our oil And even washed our front windshield!!! They were knowledgeable and soooo friendly!! Smiles all around. We also received our Militsry Discount and we were out the door in 10 min!!! Great price for us. Left at $55-!!! 1st time customer here in Mineola. 2nd time customer for Take 5. First 2 experiences horrible at other locations in Texas. I have to be brutally honest. Take 5 doesn't have a great reputation at most locations. And that typically comes from who is employed there and lack of knowledge. To be Frank, I refused to come here today when recommended by someone. But she said she had been a long time customer with no issues ever so I decided to give yall another shot. Let me start by saying I was in complete awe the entire time. From the best customer service ive ever had at any oil change place in my entire life to bottled water service soon as your greeted which is in seconds. Pull right in or very quickly if the bay is occupied. To 3 people working instantly filling fluids and draining. Washing windshield and checking fluids and showing fluids that no other shop ive ever been to does. Everyone was very knowledgeable, hardworking and dedicated to making sure I had the best experience of my life. And boy did yall. Bryan, Andrew and lord help me cant remember the 3rd guy's name. Were phenomenal the entire experience. Just to show im not exaggerating. I came back 10 mins after my oil change for another service needed. Then went and brought another for service. 3 trips in less then a hour with 2 different vehicles and evey visit was exactly the same. Consistency is key to repeat business and life time customers and yall gained me today. I will be back soon with 2 other vehicles and all of them will be serviced here from now on as long as those guys are working their boot soles off in that place. Seriously guys I appreciate yall today more then anything above can describe. Yall keep doing what yall are doing by making things like getting an oil change an amazing experience. Your doing more then changing oil. Your restoring trust and faith into humanity. All 3 of you get infinity stars from me. From a long long time business owner all 3 of the guys that were working today deserve raises regardless of how long they have been there or what they make now. They need to be recognized highly for the service they are providing for your company to the City of Mineola, Texas. As a company the 5 star is for you. See you boys soon!

I originally was going to go to Walmart to get my oil changed but they had no appointments available. So I decided to go check out take 5. Thank goodness I did! They checked my fluids on my radiator and etc. (I thought I had an oil leak) which I did not have a leak! My radiator needed to be flushed. They showed me the tester and how the fluid was mainly water! That’s why my coolant was leaking some. They flushed my system and all is good now. Going to add pictures to show how nasty my fluid was!!! All the workers were extremely nice and professional and answered all my questions! Jeremy was so nice when I said wait let me call my husband and ask him, Jeremy even spoke with my husband to explain it to him in man terms lol

Very quick, professional and great customer service. Its a shame how cooperate overlooks this location. They've gotten all the awards to prove this little 2 bay stop is outstanding in the region. Yet cooperate does not compensate these guys correctly. Especially the ones that have been with this company for years and have paid their dues to this company. These guys deserve a hefty raise for the work and the training they do at this location! Great work guys!!!! I appreciate you all, even if cooperate doesn't!!!!! And then they give such an Ai generated response. Never touching on the subject of what an awesome crew they have here! Goes to show what I speak is true about corporate. ALL the 5 star reviews the guys at Mineola Tx. has, gets overlooked. Shame on you corporate for not recognizing how much money this shop generates for your company. And to not share the wealth is very selfish of ALL you overpaid corporate people! Now how you gonna respond to this review?! 🤘

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Mineola and I can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I pulled up, the service was fast, professional, and genuinely friendly. Jeremy, Bryan, and Andrew were the technicians who helped me, and they were phenomenal. Both of them were knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly respectful. They explained everything clearly without being pushy, made sure I understood my options, and worked together like a well-oiled machine (no pun intended). You can tell they take pride in what they do. What really stood out to me was their attitude. They were upbeat, courteous, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. It’s rare these days to find customer service that feels both professional and personal, but Jeremy and Brian absolutely delivered.
