I love this take 5. The employees here on Q are unmatched. Very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. I only come to this location for any oil change or other maintenance. The manager is very good and explaining what exactly is going on with your car, what they are doing to fix it, and how you can help maintain your car. Lovely conversation and amazing customer service. If you decide to come here ask for Randy and he is excellent.
I went to my usual Take 5 that I go to on Q close to 4th on 010/02/25 to have fluids topped off between oil changes. I went around 6pm and there were 2 guys only that I saw. One came and I told him what I needed but they wound up only tipping the oil. I came back around 8am in 10/03/25. I only saw 1 guy but that guy was so helpful. He was happy to check all the other fluids for me. The guys the day before seemed like they were in a hurry and was not interested. I will be back but early in the morning because it seems like that’s the time when the guys are the most interested and capable of taking care of the customers. Thank you I went to my Take 5 on 04/02/2026 to get the oil changed. I had just got my car out of shop for some repairs. The guy at Taje 5 was awesome. He changed oil, oil filter and topped off other fluids. He told me about some other offers they have but since I just got my car back I told him I really just needed the services I asked for . He was very courteous and understood. I even asked him if he would mind putting my registration sticker on because I didn’t have anyone to put it on. He said he would. I offered to pay him for that. He was ok with doing it for me. I really love that location because they always take care of me. Thank you to both guys there.
I enjoy going to this Take 5 Oil change locations. This time a guy assisted me and he was so polite and professional. He checked everything for me, which I requested and he offered advice when I asked questions. I left my water at home and was going to return home to get my bottle of water. He said, "Mam would you like a bottle of water!" I didn't have to go back home. See GOD works for the smallest thing!" 😂 Thank you young man located on Ave Q. Very Polite and Professional!!! Actually the young man that greeted me was professional as well. ❤️
