Jonathan and Miguel were amazing. They explained and communicated well on everything they were doing to my vehicle. They also made sure I was comfortable and offered me water, especially since it was 110° outside. I definitely recommend this location. They offer multiple discounts which is amazing. I was able to use my husband's military discount so that was a plus. Definitely recommend! Kind, thoughtful, and great service was given for sure!
The team at Take 5 Automotive got me in with a minimal wait, got the oil checked, and saw that the oil was completely clean and full. They recommended I come back in 1200 miles for oil & oil filter change then. As this is a low mileage car (1300 miles in 3 months), this makes sense. I appreciate their honesty and thoughtfulness. It was only a few more than 5 minutes, but not much more. Great work (& great price).
My experience here was kind of a shock. Oil change 98 dollars, got a 25% discount. Couldn't be happier. I liked the place. They are quick and efficient and good people. Oil change was pricey because of the car I have and the oil it requires. I can't complain. I love my car.
