I had a great experience! I went in for an oil change, and while checking everything over, Cruz noticed my air filter was dirty. He recommended a replacement and even showed me what a new one should look like. He was very professional, friendly, and thorough, performing a safety check and checking my tires as well. Thanks, Cruz, for the excellent service! I’ll definitely return to this location!
I’ll give you 5 stars not because the place is run efficiently, but because the kid working there SOLO doing every single part of a 3-4 man work crew should do, didn’t skip a beat. Apologized for the extreme short-handedness. Was obviously overwhelmed, but kept his composure throughout. And he’s was full up. All bays were loaded and each had a car waiting behind them. Samuel, I think was his name. Great kid! Definitely deserves a raise! Or to be compensated so each position he held.
Fast , convenient for those who don’t want don’t want to drop off the vehicle and avoid having to wait in lobby , over all great customer service
