He explained everything clearly and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. You can tell he really cares about customer service. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Take 5. Cambiaron el aceite del carro sin inconveniente alguno, regresamos al dia siguiente porque el sello del filtro del aceite estaba defectuoso y notamos un goteo en el parqueadero, ellos hicieron el ajuste necesario, Jonas fue muy atento, profesionalmente tomo el inconveniente a su cargo y nos ofrecio pagar por la lavada del carro para que el aceite fuera removido debajo del carro. From the minute Jamar walked up to my car, I knew I was in good hands. I'm here visiting from NC and drove 21 hours. I don't know much about cars but I knew I needed to get the oil changed. Jamar was so kind, respectful and told how the process works. This was my first time ever coming to a Take 5 Oil change. Then Troy gathered all of my information and helped me with some things about my car. While that may not seem like a big deal, to me it was. I don't expect anyone to come into my clinic and know all the information. He never one made me feel less than for not knowing. Malcolm was the bomb. He helped me to understand why my car needed the level that it did and and the options I had. I ultimately went with the mid level change because I have up drive back to NC. They also let me know about my coolant. They didn't try to scare me into getting a service that could wait but will need to be done. He changed my oil so fast. The professionalism, level of knowledge and service make this a 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I really hate going to do anything car related because I feel like I'm always taken advantage of. Not here! The staff is incredible! They explain everything in detail and always make sure I understand. When I went it was also very hot. They offered me water and made sure I was comfortable. I will be back!!
