I went in yesterday for a conventional oil change but left with a full synthetic oil change. I was greeted and was told it was my lucky day, that the manager was offering a special on oil changes. I gladly accepted and everyone I encountered offered top tier service and professionalism. They top off all my fluids level, pressurized all my tires to the appropriate tire pressure and notified me of if my air and cabin filters needed changing or not. I typically perform my own oil changes but if I can get this type of service every time, I have absolutely no problem paying this location to do it for me.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Julie and Eli for their outstanding customer service, kindness, and genuine care. I came in for an oil change, and shortly afterward, my car battery completely died. What could have been a very frustrating and stressful experience turned into a reminder that there are still people who genuinely go above and beyond to help others. Julie, especially, deserves the biggest thank you! She went far beyond what was expected of her. She consistently checked in on me, walked me through my options, and advised me on the quickest way to resolve the issue by getting a new battery from a nearby store. She even went the extra mile to help me while I was trying to replace the battery myself. Her patience, compassion, and willingness to help truly meant a lot to me. Eli also stepped in to help, initially trying to jump-start the battery and later coming back to make sure I was okay and able to get back on the road safely. What stood out most was that neither of them made me feel like I was on my own dealing with the situation. They showed genuine concern and took the time to make sure I was okay, even beyond the original service I came in for. Julie and Eli, thank you both for your kindness and for turning a stressful situation into a much more manageable experience. Julie, your thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate you! Employees like you are what exceptional customer service looks like. I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Everyone was extremely nice, professional, responsive, and understanding. I had several questions about the services they offered, as well as how to decline services I didn’t feel I needed, and they answered everything without making me feel pressured at all. I also had some anxiety about my tire valve stem caps getting lost, and they were very understanding about that as well. They listened to my concerns, respected my wishes, and made the entire experience easy and comfortable. It’s refreshing to receive this kind of customer service. Everyone was friendly, patient, and professional from beginning to end. I’ll definitely be returning!
