THIS CREW IS AMAZING AND ON POINT!!!! I came in and was on a budget and they changed my oil, talked my through what was going on with my car. Pernell is bad ass, I’m just gonna say he has very good customer service skills and respectful, I will come back because of that! He made sure I was taken care of and my car was safe to drive and I got good service, showed me my air filter and what a new one looks like and my wipers too! With it being hurricane season they made sure it was on right. John is a great leader and has the skills of a great manager, I went to Steve’s across the street and they did me so wrong.. here at this shop these guys are honest and hard workers. I definitely won’t go anywhere else. Big huge shout out, they deserve a raise for what they do in this heat and how they treat their customers like family. If I could have hugged them I would have because most shops just want your money and don’t check other parts of your cars like these guys did and I’m very grateful. Thank you John for being so informative and honest. Thank you Pernell for the oil change and checking everything on my car to make sure I was good and also being true. Thank you Tyler for helping me in and out of the bay even when I wasn’t looking hahaha I won’t go anywhere else because of this crew.
I have used many Take 5 for our cars. I am so thrilled that Huntsville had one and I didn't have to go somewhere else. These guys were awesome. Everyone of them. I wanted to feed them a pizza but they had already ordered one, so I went and got them all a drink. I will hook them up with a pizza another day. I am 100% a shopper for customer service. Take 5 in Huntsville is the best, proficient, courteous, and I will continue to drive from Ldona to get service from these guys. All 7 of them. Thankyou
This has been my go to for years,im a penny pincher. No matter how cheap though,I wont support wal mart, not even if the oil changes are cheaper, but...that being said, Take 5 ended up,along with the promo discount, close enough to wal mart price,not to mention Take 5 staff is really knowledgeable,respectful,and quick , Even offered me a bottle of cold water. They'll always get my business.
