Absolutely incredible team! I am so thankful for how respectful, kind, and accommodating y’all always are. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything you do! 😭❤️ They even made sure my kiddos were comfortable in this extreme heat. They went above and beyond and even brought out a fan to make sure my baby didn’t overheat. That kind of care and thoughtfulness means so much to me. ❤️ I also want to say something about the customer who was next to me. He was extremely rude to the team, even though they were doing everything they could to remain respectful and helpful. I was honestly impressed by how the team continued to treat him with patience and professionalism, even while he was pushing them and being unnecessarily rude. It was absolutely NOT the team’s fault that he was having trouble communicating. These men are out here working hard in extremely hot weather, doing the best they can to take care of every customer. Customers need to have more respect and patience. I don’t see you out there changing your own oil in this heat, sir. 😅 Eric, Pendell, and John — THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for everything you do! Y’all are appreciated more than you know! ❤️🙏
OUTSTANDING customer service !! Very knowledgeable and professional. Personable. They took care of everything that was needed and advised me of some future needs. Nobody tried to talk me into anything that I DIDN'T need. I didn't know that I had a cabin air filter. I thought my air conditioner was on its last days. John showed me the air filter full of leaves and twigs !! After just 13 minutes there, I drove out with my car fully serviced and an air conditioner blasting out very cold air !! I am grateful for their time, honesty, and service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop to everyone !! Stay in your car and just pull right in.
I stopped for a quick Oil change on my way out of town with two little kids & the men working on September 11 helped me with my bottom cover that was hanging off, My front license plate was hanging on one side from a lost screw and my air was a little low. They took care of everything and replaced my air filter for me. as a young single mom of two it is so nice to have a little bit of help sprinkled. thank you so much. Their team is awesome.
