They are always friendly and offered me a water while waited. I only wish they would carry the cabin filter for my car. Because both times they have suggested it needed to be replaced but they didn’t have it in stock. Unfortunately having to go back later would be an inconvenience for me. Great group of guys. Thank you to Kevin and the other guys on the team. Always a quick transaction.
I have frequented this location for about 3-4 years for oil changes for my high mileage vehicle and the staff are always kind, attentive and efficient. Yes, like any other place they will inform you of “recommended services” but they are not persistent or predatory in their approach. I highly recommend this location, especially for single women that tend to be targeted in car service industry.
I love going to Take 5! The Technicians are friendly, helpful and quick, and they even offer me a bottle of cold water while I wait in my car for the oil change. I’m in and out of there in just a few minutes. They also asked if I was satisfied with the performance of my wiper blades. I would recommend them to anyone. They’re top-notch in my book.
