Sweetss,This is it! Once you drive into the bay you give your mileage turn off your engine and don't leave your car. You get superior treatment during the 5 minute oil change...I was given a bottle of cold water to drink as l waited. And before l knew it l was being directed out of the bay and on my way out. My tech James made it a snap...thank you James.
