I came to Houston for the first time to get a door and I needed a oil change and this place saved me. The workers there were super professional, asked me questions and made good suggestions on other things I needed besides an oil change. They offer fixes on your windshield wipers, filling up on your fluids for different parts in the car, and they even alerted me to my filter being dirty in my car and changed it for me. The service I got was definitely worth the extra amount of money I spent on the extra amenities. If your in Houston and need an oil change and all the works to get your vehicle back running nice, come to this Take 5 , best one I’ve been to ever.
The staff here are friendly, helpful and (drum roll please)... Knowledgeable! Came in for an oil & filter change before heading off to work and this location opens early which is another plus. Shop Manager deserves recognition for her skill in customer service and knowledge of cars. Oil technician was courteous & knowledgeable too. Walked me thru process in a professional manner.Thank you West Road staff for excellent service!
