This isn’t my first time at this Take 5 location however, I had the most pleasant experience with Xavier and Allen. Although first thing in the morning, they quickly greeted me with warm smiles and cold water. They quickly and efficiently assessed my vehicle and addressed concerns I had. They were nice enough to top me off and help me with my tire pressure. Their personalities were so warm and welcoming, and they were very knowledgeable and informative about what I needed to do to maintenance my vehicle. Thank you for such quality service.
On September 15, 2026. I revisited this establishment and had to rewrite a new review five years later and I must say the young gentleman were working together as a team and also educated me on my vehicle needs. They all were very pleasant and deserve to be recognized for their team effort and very pleasant smiles. Whomever trained or perhaps I should say raised or hired all of the young men at Take 5, may I say job well done. I highly recommend this establishment!!!
Note: the only reason I give this location a 4 star is because of the customer service that I received from the technician Xavier! This young man was the only one who attempted to help me regarding my issue with an oil drip from the plug. Backstory: I got my oil changed at a Take 5 in Houston back on 8/18/26 and I had been noticing oil spots. I didn’t quite think much of it up until two days ago, where some oil just spilled out.. So I look underneath the vehicle and I realize that the drain plug is where it’s leaking from so I call take five oil change and they gave me a claim number and said I could go to any other location to get it checked. Welp, unfortunately that is not correct! I was advised that they could not touch anything under the car that a different location had touched. I mentioned to them that I cannot run this vehicle without oil and not cause major damages so they told me they would fill my oil back up and then they turned around and said oh there’s no dipstick so we cannot fill your oil. It would have to be drained and refilled completely, but that has to be done at the original location. 😠
