Very respectful young gentlemen working here. They were extremely thorough and went over everything with me step by step. I feel very safe and confident about my decision to trust them with my vehicle. After my oil change, my car is already feeling and driving better. They also fixed my skid plate that had been dragging and changed my filter. The entire team had nothing but positive energy — everyone was smiling, working together, and providing amazing customer service. This is by far the best oil change service company I’ve been to. They made me feel comfortable and at home the entire time while getting my car serviced. Highly recommend!

I went to Take 5 Oil Change yesterday because my maintenance light came on. Devon assisted me, and he was very courteous, professional, and friendly. He took my order correctly and made the whole process smooth. During the service, he came back to inform me that my radiator fluid needed attention. I appreciated the recommendation and his professionalism in explaining it. I also really like their process—they have another team member double-check the work, which gives me extra confidence in the service. This time I chose the full synthetic oil, which is rated for 8,000 miles. However, they advised me to return at 5,000 miles to top off the fluids. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m very satisfied with the service I received.

I have always been worried coming to these places, cause I’ve been told they’ll always try to upcharge you and try to sell your stuff you don’t need, but I had an amazing experience here! Not only did they get me out super quick for my oil change they took the time to show me things that they suggest I might replace during that visit or soon in the future with no pressure and actually showed me the parts that they removed from my truck so I can see you with my own eyes that they were bad or going bad. Nelly and Craig took super good care of my truck and explaining everything to me and also offered me a coupon since I also ended up replacing my windshield wiper blades as well. I will definitely be back. They got a customer for life and it’s nice that it’s only seven minutes away from the house.

The service was quick, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I especially want to recognize Rah, who went above and beyond while assisting me. There were some technical difficulties getting my coupon to scan, but Rah remained patient and determined until the issue was resolved. His dedication to customer service did not go unnoticed.
