Went to get my emissions test done for my Texas registration renewal. Service is polite & attentive. The technicians provided customers with bottled water on a busy Saturday. The entrance bays are tight when you have multiple cars waiting for service. Having said that, it is not a detraction to go there for oil changes or vehicle registration testing. Our experience have always been positive. Thank you.
M. Garcia,This is the location for my vehicle's oil change servicing. They consistently exhibit courtesy and respect. The quality of the servicing can vary significantly based on the individual servicing your vehicle. I have not had them replace my wipers as they never seem to last. I have experienced incorrect replacement of air filters. I am hopeful that they are correctly installing the appropriate oil and oil filters. I'm a woman, so maybe they service males differently.
ChiChi,My mom and I went in yesterday afternoon to the Westheimer location for the first time for an oil change, and Kevin was very polite and professional. He also recommended that my coolant be flushed and refilled whenever I was able to, as recommended on my car fax. I went ahead and had it done. These guys were very busy and getting us all out at a reasonable time. I will be returning again!

He told me why I needed it and even told me why I should get it done.I also did not have to wait for a long time.When I went there the A.C. was not working. After he replace the cabin filter and the other car filter my A.C. was working.
Hawah Saytumah,I liked going here, but recently the prices went up. This was my stop for a quick and cheap oil change. However, it seems like quick is starting to become a stretch, and cheap is no more. The people are extremely friendly though and it is still nice to be able to stay in the car versus dropping it off. I’ve been going here since they first opened in Texas. I am noticing changes and with that I may start exploring other options. Still a good option tho!
