The customer service was outstanding. They acknowledged me right away, even as the 5th car in line. I was given a bottled water and asked what services I needed. Everyone that worked on my car was awesome. It felt like a pit crew of 5 guys. All professional, and a couple of them make light conversation. They showed me options for my oil and all worked together efficiently. It was great. They also explained to me their top off service that’s free before you hit 3k miles. I never knew that. I was out in a decent amount of time. I’ll be back and will only go to this location.

I stopped by this Take 5 for an oil change after work last week, just before closing time. Even though they were close to closing, they welcomed me with a smile and never made me feel rushed. The service was excellent, and everyone was incredibly kind. As a young woman, I sometimes feel a little intimidated when it comes to car maintenance because I'm worried about being upsold or taken advantage of. That wasn't the case here at all! Joan and Darrell took the time to explain the entire process, walked me through everything they were doing, and patiently answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid for asking. We ended up chatting about work, the World Cup, and even one of their sweet baby boys. It honestly turned a stressful day into a much better one. I'll definitely be coming back for my future oil changes, and I'll be asking for Joan and Darrell. They're genuinely great guys who provide outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

I had my annual emissions inspection at Take 5 Oil Change on Holcombe Blvd, and the experience was excellent. The process was smooth, efficient, and competitively priced compared to other places I checked. I stayed comfortably in my car the entire time, and the team handled everything professionally. The inspection was completed in about 5–10 minutes with no hassle at all. For anyone looking for quick, seamless service at a great price, I would highly recommend this location. There 2 cars ahead of me... Taking longer than I anticipated. Then I started to pay attention and the fact that 3 attendants were taking care of the vehicle and calling out number and other thing I did not understand and going to speak with the driver... And car pulls out... The same happened with the next one. Then it was my turn and all their attention focused on mine and totally understood the time it had taken the the other 2 in front of me. I was able to assimilate the dedication to each vehicle..Jo the new store manager would explain the process of each step and how important it was for both my vehicle and me of course. No one in my life as car owner had taken the time to do it resulting in the fact that I would definitely recommend your services to others and will definitely be bringing all my service needs to Take 5 Oil Change on Holcomb St in the Medical center

These guys were INCREDIBLE! I went in to the Holcombe location for a state inspection and was greeted by a smiling young woman who offered me a bottle of water and asked how she could help me. Then the inspection began and all four of the young people who were there were courteous and extremely helpful. They topped off my windshield wiper fluid, checked my tires and replaced some of the missing caps on the tire nozzles — all for free. Such a breath of fresh air to find a service where people love what they do and do it with joy and professionalism!
