There 2 cars ahead of me... Taking longer than I anticipated. Then I started to pay attention and the fact that 3 attendants were taking care of the vehicle and calling out number and other thing I did not understand and going to speak with the driver... And car pulls out... The same happened with the next one. Then it was my turn and all their attention focused on mine and totally understood the time it had taken the the other 2 in front of me. I was able to assimilate the dedication to each vehicle..Jo the new store manager would explain the process of each step and how important it was for both my vehicle and me of course. No one in my life as car owner had taken the time to do it resulting in the fact that I would definitely recommend your services to others and will definitely be bringing all my service needs to Take 5 Oil Change on Holcomb St in the Medical center

I went in to the Holcombe location for a state inspection and was greeted by a smiling young woman who offered me a bottle of water and asked how she could help me. Then the inspection began and all four of the young people who were there were courteous and extremely helpful. They topped off my windshield wiper fluid, checked my tires and replaced some of the missing caps on the tire nozzles — all for free. Such a breath of fresh air to find a service where people love what they do and do it with joy and professionalism!
Terry Flores,This is a great place to take your car for an oil change, they also check your coolant levels and your wiper fluid and they check your tires. They are very polite very friendly. When I got there they gave me a bottle of cold water. Sonia, the manager, was extremely helpful and very nice and I enjoyed talking to her. This is a place that I would highly recommend.
