Oil Change in Houston, TX at 1827 Richmond Ave

Came in for a regular oil change take 5 team found that my oil filter was missing a piece. So Zander the manager found a replacement/drove to auto zone and bought a new one for me for free! All the other employees there Joseph and Daniel all worked hard in crazy heat to make sure my oil change was done right! They even offered me a bottle of ice cold water (I hope I have those guys names right)

I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change! When I arrived, another customer pulled in right after me, and Lala immediately took care of both of us bringing us into the bay and even offering water. I was there for an oil change while the other customer was getting an inspection, and she handled everything smoothly. What really stood out is that Lala was running the entire operation by herself no one else was with her.Even as three more cars showed up, she stayed calm, organized, and incredibly efficient. She was fast, knowledgeable, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. I told her how much I appreciated her and that she’s honestly the best employee I’ve seen in the 4 years I’ve been coming to Take 5. I even said she should be promoted to higher management only to find out she’s already a manager, which makes perfect sense! Her professionalism, skill, and work ethic are truly impressive. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of her. Highly recommend! Lala needs to be moved up she is truly the best employee I’ve meet in years that really works like she owns the place!love that seriously as a business owner that dedication is hard to find!!!!!

I had such a great experience at Take 5! The assistant manager Rico and the mechanic Dante were absolutely amazing. They were both extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. The service was quick, yet they still took the time to explain everything and make sure I fully understood what was going on with my car. You can truly tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Team members like Rico and Dante are a huge asset to your company and deserve recognition for the level of service they provide. Overall, they really made my experience, and I will definitely be coming back!

Wow! I received amazing service at Take 5 Oil Change at this location. I was in a bind and needed an oil change desperately because I commute 60 miles 3 days out of the week and I showed up almost at 7:40 and they gladly and quickly gave me excellent service! I was so grateful they didn’t turn me away since they closed at 8. I will definitely come back to this location instead of the one on West Grey since that one always has a line.

Truly white glove service at this location. My boy Federico took very good care of us. My husband and I went in for a quick oil change and other locations have messed up the process on changing the oil in my Hyundai, but Federico knows what’s up. He’s a true homie. At the end he even squeegeed the windshield for us! I will gladly start doing to this location going forward. 5 stars, 10/10 service, would recommend -I hate getting my oil changed, but I’d go back for this guy.
