I've been coming to Take 5 Oil Change for a while now, and I can honestly say that Randal Sutton was by far the most helpful, kind, and knowledgeable person I've dealt with! I recently purchased a new vehicle, and he took the time to go over several things from the Carfax report that I hadn't fully understood before. He explained everything thoroughly, answered my questions, and offered some really helpful suggestions. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. He even gave me a discount! It's not every day you come across someone who is that honest, patient, and genuinely looking out for your best interest. I would absolutely trust him with my vehicle without hesitation. He truly made my day! Take 5, give this man a raise! Employees like Randal is the reason i will be coming back!
Establishment operates at 7am and I got there a few minutes before 7 to get my inspection when Justin Hood was ready to take on the day. When an employee is early, eager, has water ready for me and a positive attitude that makes for a loyal employee, ethical worker and great person to work with. From start to finish my time and communication with valued. Management you have a keeper!
