Oil Change in Fort Worth, TX at 8624 S. Hulen St

1/26 I went to five minute to have a state inspection for my truck to get my tags. Mr. Will and the young lady who was working with him were very, very busy, and still gave me great service . I only that I just need my state inspection. I also need it.I also Needed new windshield wipers and my in truck AC filter replaced.. This Saturday morning was very busy when I arrived at about 8:30 AM spectacular service! I have followed Mr. Wells and has helped me tremendously for the last three years when I go up to Get my oil changed and another service services. I followed him from the last five minute on Hulen to where he is now on S Hulen Street… I was friendly, knowledgeable, and great service. I have recommend his five minute store to friends and family.!

Love this place it’s on my way home and any time I need maintenance I can make a QUICK stop and they will take care of me…some say they are just trying to get you to spend more by offering extra things even THOUGH I only came for a oil change lol but if my windshield wipers are bad and they are offering to replace them…I don’t think they are just trying to sale it to me honestly..it’s something I need and they checked…so yes please replace them ONE STOP SHOP…they also accept payment plans thru ZIP 💪🏻

I ended up back at this Take 5 location on Hulen because it was closer while I was out running errands and needed a quick oil change done. Honestly, I had avoided this specific location for the longest time because the customer service used to be lacking, and I always preferred the other Hulen location by the Whataburger and Fitness Connection. The experience there was just way better. But I can genuinely say this location has improved a LOT under the new manager. He’s definitely a little cocky 😭 but at the same time, he clearly knows what he’s doing and actually provides solid customer service, so you really can’t hate on it. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and all my concerns were taken care of without me having to repeat myself ten times like a hostage negotiation. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail. They noticed my tire pressure was super low, let me know about it, and aired up my tires for me without issue. It’s those small things that really make a difference because I genuinely didn’t even realize it had gotten that low. Overall, this was a really good experience, and I honestly think ratings and customer experiences at this location are going to improve a lot with the new management there.

Been coming here for years and thank God for Carter. I came in for a top off and was asked a few questions. He pulled out some device to check my coolant and it was at a level 6. The people before never did that or even used the device he used to check the coolant safety level. Like I told him it's not about the money I would rather spend the money to get done then to have to buy a new car. So thank you Carter you are a car saver.

Customer service has taken a massive turn for the better here at Take 5 Oil Change here on Hulen st! Mr. Will and Jacob were friendly from the moment we came in. They treated us like family and sought to build rapport. They were very clear about the work they were performing and built a trustworthy environment that I've never experienced anywhere else.
