Oil Change in Fort Worth, TX at 651 Alta Mere Drive

Came in with my 2003 Ram 1500 just expecting to get an emissions test done and leave, but these guys seriously went above and beyond. From the moment I pulled in, they treated me and my truck with a level of care you honestly don’t see much anymore. They didn’t just do the emissions test and send me on my way. They took time to look over things like my AC, oil, TPMS, and just the overall health of the truck. Since it’s a 2003, I’m always a little cautious about where I take it, but they could tell it’s been cared for and treated it with real respect. They even reassured me that it still has plenty of life left in it if I keep maintaining it the way I have been. The biggest thing I noticed was how they treated everyone else too. While I was waiting, I watched them help multiple customers, and every person got the same kind of attention and honesty. Nobody felt rushed or brushed off. You can tell they actually care about people and not just getting cars in and out as fast as possible. Just genuinely good people doing good work. I left feeling taken care of instead of feeling like “just another customer.” Definitely earned this review.

Stopped in for a back window replacement wiper blade. I didn't get the workers name, but he gave me a great deal on new front wipers, and the back one. Normal cost would have been $100.00+. Instead, he gave me a $40 discount, therefore only charging $60.00. I thought that was truly sweet of him. That is the ONLY location I go to because they've ALWAYS treated me like a great customer. It's hard to come by that anymore. Their kindness is truly appreciated!

Horrible for the last time. I have planned poorly in the past and had to come by here on weekends. Always understaffed and slow service. Today, 3 service techs - 3 vehicles in the bay. You would think that would take what? 30 minutes? It's called take 5, but hey, give them some slack. 45 minutes later a pickup - looks like a contractor - pulls up next to me. 15 minutes later the middle bay opens and they show him in. 15minutes later I am still there. In over an hour they did one vehicle. Did the manager ever come out an apologize or explain? Nope. I will never go back.

I had a great experience at take 5 oil change! A huge shout out to Marco - - he really took care of me and made sure everything on my car was working properly before I left. Great service deserves to be called out; and due to Marco's attentiveness & expertise, I can say, excellent, thorough service!

This was a return visit because of the excellent experience the first visit. These folks are very professional and proficient. Great communication and attention. Felt very comfortable again that I was receiving meaningful value. So easy to get this done in anticipation of a lengthly travel planned.
