I had an excellent experience! Tony and Ashton were friendly, professional, and had me in and out much faster than I expected. They explained everything clearly, never pressured me into buying additional services, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. I really appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. It’s refreshing to find a team that truly values its customers.
I drive a 2024 QX60 infinity- First time at this new location (Forney) and I was very with their service. They didn't just check or work on changing my oil but also asked if they can check other things that may need to be looked at. The other location did not do this. Thank God they did because my air filter and cabinet filter was beyond dirty which the dealership failed to do their job. And not only that my coolant was also needing service. Excellent work by these guys. Awesome customer service. I would recommend this location. Big shout out to Ryan.
