I drive a 2024 QX60 infinity- First time at this new location (Forney) and I was very with their service. They didn't just check or work on changing my oil but also asked if they can check other things that may need to be looked at. The other location did not do this. Thank God they did because my air filter and cabinet filter was beyond dirty which the dealership failed to do their job. And not only that my coolant was also needing service. Excellent work by these guys. Awesome customer service. I would recommend this location. Big shout out to Ryan.

Destiny Traylor,Would give five stars because they are nice and quick. But they are the type of guys that take advantage of women. I went by myself once and he gave me two options. I asked if those were the only ones (they were all over $100 for my choices) he said nope only these. Came back again but with my fiance and I was able to get a different one that was cheaper and worked for my car. Just unfortunate we still are having these problems
Isabella Codd,Sure it took a little longer than 20 minutes, but not enough for me to complain about. They were very nice and helpful. As of right now, I’d go back again. Be kind and remember these guys are working outside in the heat, even if they have a fan blowing on them, there’s the heat from our cars, etc. Thank you to Christian who was very kind. Also, I’d read reviews on this location before I went, so before they got started I asked if they had enough oil and asked if their scanner was working, and if they could check to see if the coupon on my phone would work. The answer was yes to both.
