Best oil changing location in El Paso TX hands down… right off upon pulling up Frankie walked up to me with a bottle of water and said it’s hot out and how may I help you today? Polite, professional, informative what I was offered after I explained I needed a full synthetic oil change…and Aiden did the oil change and Frankie up top.. both couldn’t have been anymore professional and quick at their craft. As someone who travels full time throughout the USA and who gets lot of oil changes this facility is my solely definite oil change location when El Paso, Tx and I make sure to travel to them instead of other locations that located near by. Thanks guys for the quick service and thorough work and being professional! Have a good work week
Roam2u,Frankie was friendly, welcoming and offered us a bottled water. I requested the service I was interested in, after he informed me of the packages they offer. Staff guided us into service bay. He set up our customer profile. I asked if military discounts were available. After presenting driver's license with military veteran status and branch served on ID, discount was applied. Throughout the entire service, Frankie took the time to explain what fluid levels were being checked and filled as needed, informed us that tire pressure added where needed, checked our windshield wipers, added windshield wiper fluid, mentioned air filter needed replacement as well as cabin filter. A thorough 10 point check system was done. He went under the bay to confirm all hoses were sealed. Frankie was personable, yet efficient and knowledgeable. We were very impressed with the overall service and staff performance. We will definitely continue to give them our service. Top notch team. Kudos, on the exceptional job done! A satisfied customer.

As soon as I drove up I was greeted with a nice cold bottle of water ! I went in for an oil Change and they tested my coolant and said I was due for a Coolant replacement. I agreed because I’ve had my vehicle for 9 years so I figured why not. I literally stayed in my car and everything took about 30 min. I was so impressed by how well they all work together in sync and call out what they are doing. I felt like I was treated with royalty ! I’ll be going back again for my other vehicles. Thank you so much ! Keep up the excellent work ! You’ve earned a returning customer !!
rIGO fLORES,Visited on a Saturday morning and there was a long line but they came out with waters and were kind. We asked howling and they didn’t lie, he said he had just arrived and he said the order they we taking the cars. We said we would come back and he was polite as we left. We went back later and just one car ahead. They were very professional. Great staff, explains things well and we’re quick.
