I’ve visited Take 5 approximately 7 times. I’ve also visited two separate location, despite one being literally around the corner from my house. My experience has always been pleasant. They seem to have a high staff turnover but they still are all quite knowledgeable, friendly, nice and efficient. Once you’re in a bay, it does only take a few minutes but before they wave you into one, I’ve never waited more than 5-10 minutes. It’s super convenient. A tad bit pricey but it’s better than paying less and having to wait two hours for a simple oil change. I will for sure visit them again.
I went for an oil change but they told me I didn’t need one. I had only driven 4,900 miles and need to drive about 7,000 before next oil change. Oil was still clean! They checked my fluid levels, tire pressure, and changed engine filter. Very courteous and professional.
Samantha(Svc Writer) was fantastic. She was opened regarding services needed and not needed. Pleasant mannerisms. Kudos to Taysen , Arthur, and Landon, for there were not complications pot service ie., leaks, or smoking engine. Thanks to all for a quick and easy experience. See you after my next 6000 miles!
