Oil Change in Denton, TX at 2245 S Loop 288.

So, I got sent here from the University Dr. location that told me I had a stripped bolt in the pan/plate and they didn't have the tool to remove it. Thankfully I went to this place. First thing, Josh brings out a water for me. It's hot out there! They had two cars in the bin, but had me park behind one. I wasn't a few minutes later that I was in and they were changing the oil, at my request. I told them I was sent to them by the other place. Josh took great care of me and listened to my needs. I usually don't get the cabin filters or air filters because I can do it cheaper and myself, but they had a special and I thought what the heck. It's hard for me to do simple tasks like that nowadays anyway. So I went with the mid level oil change, and with two filters replaced it was $189.40! I used to change my own oil, and as I got older, I started paying places, but the days of $30 oil changes are gone apparently. I am much happier with this place than the original as they were ready and willing to do whatever it took. I appreciate that. I will most likely be returning to this location, even though it is a little bit further.

These guys (keenan) know your vehicles oem additives, amounts, filters costs and can tell you instantly, if you have a question or an afterthought, you can mention it right away. That is value added to me as it relates to time and convenience. There's no pretentious upsell, comments about what you should've done, just really good knowledgeable service. Keenan even noticed my armed forces veteran license plate and offered me a considerable discount. I highly recommend 🙂

I had such a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Loop 288 this morning! I came in first thing on a Monday, and there was absolutely no wait, they got me serviced right away. Jose and Jordan were both incredibly friendly and professional. They even offered me a nice cold bottle of water while they worked, which was such so thoughtful. The entire process, from start to finish, took about 10 minutes. That included not just the oil change, but also checking and topping off washer fluid, brake fluid, and airing up my tires. Super thorough and impressively fast. Customer service like this is hard to find. I’ll definitely be coming back to this specific location every time. Highly recommend!
