I’ve visited this location multiple times, and each experience has been consistently positive. Ellery managed a very busy environment with professionalism, efficiency, and grace. She took the time to clearly explain my vehicle’s needs in an informative and respectful manner, without making me feel pressured into additional services. Her customer service and composure truly stood out and made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend this Take 5 location and appreciate the excellent service provided by Ellery and team.

I’ve been to this location twice. First time, I realized while I waited that my car was reading my oil at 75% life (my Jiffy Lube sticker said I was due). When I pulled into the bay, I explained this to the tech; he checked my oil to be sure and confirmed I wasn’t in need of an oil change. Second time (last week), I had a pleasant chat with the manager/my tech where he didn’t try to upsell an oil I didn’t need and confirmed my air filters didn’t need replacing. My windshield wipers did need replacing and when they didn’t have my kind in shock, that was that. They didn’t waste my time trying to sell me the wrong product or get them in shipment. Super kind and helpful, I def recommend this Take 5! Thanks, guys! (They also offer a cold bottle of water while you wait, nice touch)

I just want to say how incredibly thankful I am for the team at Take 5 Oil Change this morning. I had a piece hanging underneath my car that had been scraping the ground for the past 2–3 days, and I honestly didn’t know what to do. The two gentlemen there took the time to help me out and removed it for me without hesitation. They were both extremely kind, professional, and willing to go above and beyond—even though they easily could have turned me away. I truly appreciate their willingness to help and their great attitude. It made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you again for your kindness and excellent service!

Edited to add new experience. Original posted below: Effran and Jayden (cant remember spelling) were fantastic today. Helpful and knowledgeable and provided great information on what needs attention on my vehicle without judging my complete lack of ability to adult and get my oil changed on time. (I was 5k over because my brain doesn't work). Staff here is always friendly and attentive and i will continue using this company for future oil changes. I always have a lovely experience with this company. This is the 2nd time I've used this location and both times went swimmingly. The guys took great care in the service they provided, offered water, went over additional options with me that I typically don't go for cause I'm a broke b, but...I am taking a road trip today and a coolant flush and clean air filter wouldn't hurt nothin. They weren't pushy about it and didn't make me feel pressured to purchase anything which is great given that so many companies push their employees to rack up them charges. I felt good about what I spent yesterday and was happy to support both of the kind gentlemen that assisted me.

Unbeknownst to me, when I popped my hood for the oil change, the technician found a dead (and maggot covered) rat 🐀 on my engine cover. It explained the strange smell I couldn’t figure out for about a week. The techs bravely removed the rat, disposed of the decayed engine cover & kindly assured me it was no big deal. I was incredibly embarrassed 🙈 but thankful for their professionalism.
