Im writing a review from an experience that happened 3+ years ago. I came in for an oil change, and as I drove down the highway, my car would not accelerate. I pulled over, called the shop, and said, "what did yall do to my perfectly functional car!?" The way the team handled the situation made me feel incredibly taken care of. The manager (a woman), and an associate drove down to where I was, waited hours with me for a tow truck, and then drove me 30 mins home. It was dark, it was after their business hours, and they made me feel so safe. What ended up happening was some dirt/dust on the airfilter fell and covered a sensor. This clearly was not intentional and an extremely rare situation that was very easy to fix on my end. If yall still work there - thank you for your kindness and professionalism!!
