Went in for an oil change, got an oil change, air filter, and a radiator flush. Now this wasn't an up-sale. In fact after showing me the evidence the tech told.me I could wait. I decided to get the additional services and tech even went and found a coupon to save me a little extra. This is what I consider customer service. When a company employee tries to save money for someone who has already agreed to pay the price.
Barry Stephens,Jacob was phenomenal in helping me get my truck serviced. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes not only to services on your truck but also in after market parts. He spent the entire oil change talking to me about boosting my truck, the mustang he’s working on. I felt like I was back home talking to my little brother ❤️. Jacobs manager was also extremely kind and helpful. Their entire staff is on it and ready from the second you pull around. I’d give them 15 stars if I could. Thank you gentlemen!

It was a girl by the name of Max and a guy by the name of it said Jacob, but he said Jake. They were so kind and so nice and such a pleasure because they were young and it seems like the young kids nowadays not all of them. Some of them are really good, but some of them have such an attitude. These did not these two Young adults were amazing. They deserve a raise.🎉
