I am a long time customer of 5 min oil change and took my (new to me) Subaru 2010 Forester in for an oil change yesterday. Not only were the 2 ladies very welcoming but they answered all my questions about the best way to keep my car up and running in tip-top shape. They ran a carfaxx report on my car and said it showed how up to date the 1st owner kept it up with all the suggested maintenance. In other words, my car was in excellent condition. Took a load off my mind that's for sure. It wasn't long before it was time to pay and be on my way. I was able to use a coupon for this visit and it made my final charge even more affordable. I have always received excellent service from 5 oil change near me and today was no exception. I look forward to using them again in the future.
Christopher's Customer Care was STELLAR! I appreciate his focus, positive attitude and transparency. I went in for an oil change, and tire check. When I arrived, the Take 5 was not opened as posted online, but Christopher was ready for work, ran over to my car, apologized and stated as soon as his Supervisor arrived, they would be happy to assist me. He offered me a cold bottle of water, and once opened, brought it over to me. It was because of his determination to offer quality service that I decided to patronize this business. Rarely do I experience the kind of Customer Service I experienced yesterday. Thank you, thank you, thank you. It made my day!
I went in for an oil change and was greeted right away.. she told me to pull my car in and started the service right away.. I only seen 2 of the lube techs in the shop and I wish I got there names just for this post... they were very polite and worked well with each other as a team should.. they also checked all my fluids and tire pressures and notified me on my tire that were low and also my washer fluid was low.. all I can say is I appreciate the 2 of them 💯 great customer service I will definitely be back on my next service.. thank you
