My Mom (Mamie) and I had some work done on our car this past Wednesday, and we were very grateful that Take 5 was open later than most places. I got off work late, and our car was in need of service, so the extended hours were a huge help. The team at Take 5 on Southwest Parkway in College Station were outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was professional, courteous, and took great care of our vehicle. They took the time to explain each service they performed, why it was needed, and answered our questions along the way. The staff are very welcoming. I came to change my oil and filter, and my tyre pressure was checked ✅. They speak to you so nicely and listen to you attentively to answer your questions as a first time comer live me. After I changed my oil, I can feel a difference how my engine sound. It sound so great and the steering feels more comfortable. All the staff there earned my 5 🌟 because they are good at what they do 💯 Highly recommended. 4th VISIIT: I had an incredible experience at Take 5 Oil Change in College Station. The service engineers are professional, thorough, and genuinely helpful. Beyond my oil change, they went above and beyond by checking my tires, replacing my clogged AC filter, and even cleaning out the AC fan blades—my air conditioning feels brand new again. They also handled my engine coolant service with ease. The level of care they show both the customer and the vehicle is top-tier; I was even welcomed with cold water while waiting in my car, which was a fantastic "premium" touch. Fantastic experience. I came in right before closing and asked if they had time for one more, he didn’t hesitate to tell me to bring it in. Both technicians were professional (I forgot your names sorry guys) and friendly. Usually I work on my own vehicles so I was a little cautious about having someone else working on it, but they were amazing and were triple checking everything. Thanks!
