I went to Take 5 for my state inspection. I will sure return for other services. Richard was so helpful! He has such great customer service skills. He made it so comfortable. He even offered me water wow when I wait. The service was quick. He has great manners as well. He was so patient with me. He let me know a fun fact about my car as well. I stopped by Take 5 for a quick oil change because I’ve been having trouble finding time to get to my usual shop, and I was beyond impressed with the experience. You simply pull up to one of the open lanes, and a team member comes out to ask what service you need. In my case, it was an oil change. They took my mileage, guided me into a service bay, and then performed a quick inspection of my tires, coolant, and wiper fluid, letting me know the condition of each. After reviewing and approving the recommended services, I paid and they got right to work. The entire process was fast, convenient, and professional. I was in and out much quicker than expected, and the staff was friendly and informative throughout. I’ll definitely be coming back for future oil changes.
