Oil Change in Boerne, TX at 1102 S Main St.

Upon entering the building to get the oil changed in my car I was directed to park at the back of the building. The technicians were very attentive to keep the line moving due to the large door that enclosed the building had broke which a man was working on to fix the door. Eventually it was best to place me in another line while the door was being worked on. Both technicians that changed the oil and the one monitoring the car’s in line were working as expeditiously as possible, they were all very courteous and attentive. I also got a 25% military discount. Thank you and keep up the great work! This comes from a satisfied customer.

My daughter got her oil changed here while I was out of town and they had a little hiccup. I called to talk to Taj and was a little perturbed as I was on vacation. He reassured me and was so polite and calmed me down. He was so extremely professional and was very reassuring. He handled me and my crying daughter like a rockstar! The hiccup was very minor but just the way he handled the situation was top notch. This man needs to be held close to the company he for sure is an asset! Always has a smile and is cheerful. I highly recommend this place.

This will be a 2-part review beginning with my professional review, followed by my personal. Professionally, the Boerne location for Take 5 is wonderful! Knowledgeable and very respectful — I am no novice in automotive expertise, however, I am FAR from being expert. The team at Take 5 spoke to be in matter-of-fact terminology without being overbearing or overwhelming me with detailed facts that would get lost in my jumbled mind, which was highly appreciated. They were quick and efficient. I had my filters changed along with my oil, and being in the passenger side of my vehicle, I was also helped out of my car so they could get into the space they needed. I used to take my Jeep to the dealership for servicing and never received nearly a fraction of this kind of courtesy or communication. Now, personally — are you kidding me? I think I might have to go and make a TikTok because of the service I received here. Respectfully, why are there so many attractive people (ladies and gentlemen) in a small confined space? This is dangerous for them for people like me. Why? Because I just wanna put all of them in those books that all the Booktok girlies read. Going back to being helped out of my car…the gentleman literally offered his hand with a smile after opening the car door. Was he doing his job? Absolutely! Is chivalry dead even when in the smallest micro-dose of kindness? Well, I’m starting to believe otherwise it isn’t. Go to this Take 5 — you won’t regret it. Did I mention they give you water while you wait? A definite plus since these employees make you more thirsty than a summer scorcher. Oh I mean, they give you water because it is a summer scorcher…outside (like in nature, or whatever floats your boat).

It was a slightly rainy day so not a lot of people out and about getting a oil change which made the line to the bay shorter. Service members always welcoming those in line with a bottle of water and a friendly hello. Once in the bay tech explains any specials and what oil that is recommended for your vehicle. Once the service has been selected by customer the service techs get busy and before you know it they are finished and you are ready to go. I've always had great service with courteous friendly people.

I showed up around 9:30 on a Monday and I was the only person there which was surprising. It was the fastest oil change I've ever gotten. I was seriously done in under 5 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and topped off my fluids and wiped off my front windshield. I felt like it was a nascar pit crew I couldn't believe how insanely quick it was. My only minor gripe would be that I bring my own oil and it's still $60 but overall I'm still very impressed.
