Take 5 Oil Change is a great place to come to not only get your oil change, but your coolant done, tires rotated, new windshield wipers, etc. I truly appreciate the great services regardless ot being only two workers working on a Sunday, they did an amazing job getting things done as quickly as possible and offering their customers bottled water for the wait and letting us know they were short handed. This shows true integrity. I will definitely come back again.
I went in to get my oil changed. After checking the car fax and a simple test was done, I was told I needed a coolant flush. Julian and Jonathan (I think was his name) were very friendly. Julian answered every question I had and did not pressure me to get the recommended services. I ended up getting the coolant flush because I never had one. I was very pleased with how quickly everything was done and how friendly they were.
I’ve used this Take 5 twice and both time they were amazing. Julian is the lead tech and he was very informative and made me feel very secure about the quality of the work they did. Shawn did my last oil change and he was super nice. Jesus and Julian were training Jacari when I went and it was nice watching them give him step by step instructions and how to call out safely. It was affordable and saved me time. 10/10 recommend. 5/8 - Back for another oil change. Jesus showed me my air filter and it was probably way overdue so I went ahead and got it changed also. He was super nice and informative. The service here is always amazing and I will keep coming back.
