Update - the store manager called me and everything was sorted out. Tametheius asked about my visit, listened to my concerns, explained everything, and was great to have someone reach out and care about my visit. ADVERTISED PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE OIL FILTER - Charged $17 for oil filter ontop of oil change. They did not check anything on service check list or fill like stated. Did not show me oil on dip stick after changing oil. I didn’t agree to most expensive oil change so they were indirectly complaining saying “he has to sign something incase he has issues” and more for a few minutes. Could have gotten most expensive oil change somewhere else by time you account for additional charge on oil filter. Also complaining about a customer the whole time after they left stating “I won’t be here tomorrow when they come back so doesn’t matter to me”. GO ELSEWHERE
I had a great experience at this Take 5 location after a previous Take 5 location incorrectly installed my oil filter gasket, which caused my car to leak oil the next day. I was understandably frustrated, but the employee here, Tametheius, immediately took the situation seriously. He was very attentive, professional, and prompt in helping resolve the issue. He quickly identified the problem, explained what had happened, and fixed it without hesitation. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and the care he showed in correcting a mistake that happened at another location. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the second I pulled in, the entire team was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and professional. They made the whole process so easy and stress-free, explained everything they were doing, and never once made me feel pressured to purchase additional services. The service was unbelievably fast, but you could tell they still took the time to make sure everything was done right. It’s hard to find customer service this great these days, and this team truly went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands, and I’ll definitely be coming back for all of my future oil changes. If you’re looking for quick, honest, and exceptional service with a team that genuinely cares, I can’t recommend this Take 5 location enough. Thank you all for such a fantastic experience!
