I was very impressed with my first experience at Take 5 in Smyrna, TN. The 2 gentlemen working the morning of Thursday May 30 were very professional, courteous and answered all my questions. They did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. They also impressed me with their patience. There was a customer in front of me who kept asking the same question over and over. These two employees did not get frustrated with her (I did, lol), and just kept responding to her in a polite manner, keeping a smile on their faces. That says a whole lot about practicing customer service. I will definitely be back.
