Literally so pleased with my experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Oakland! I came in for a standard full synthetic oil change, but the team realized whoever did my oil change last time had jammed the oil filter canister in there so tight that it wouldn’t come off as it should. They made sure to assess the issue and replace the parts needed while also giving me an oil change. At one point, I had the whole team over helping out on my RAV4! They also made sure my car was completely safe and good to go before finishing up. They’ve found a repeat customer in me! I’ll most certainly be back. A big special thanks to Nicholas, Richard, Nathan, and Alexavier for the great work you all did to help me, as well as bringing me waters as I waited.

Customer service was amazing. It literally took probably 5 mins. The crew was very helpful answering questions. They were very fast and very well mannered. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Which I have already told a few. I love the fact that I didn't have to leave my vehicle and in the heat they give you a water. I'd give them more stars if they were available. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed!!! =]

Truth be known, I don't believe I have ever used a "quick stop oil change" place before. I typically use my local garage that handles my other automotive needs. However, I found myself in a situation where I really needed an oil change on a vehicle my son was driving back to college the next day. So, I gave Take 5 in Oakland a chance. I don't think I can overstate how pleasantly surprised I was with the service and professionalism shown by the young men working there. Excuse the pun, but they operated like a well-oiled machine, communicating and working each task of the service like a team. Landon, Michael, Cloud & Nicholas were the crew that took care of me. They were obviously well-led by the manager, Omri. Getting my oil changed didn't have to take up half my day, either waiting for long periods or dropping off and picking up my vehicle. I was there for 15 minutes and on my way. Also, being right there in the car, I got to watch the entire process and be actively involved in real time decision-making. They'd show me the oil condition, let me know things they found as they went. They pulled my air filter and cabin air filter, showed them to me, and allowed me to make the call on replacement. They discussed pricing with options available to me. Bottom line? This crew handled themselves like pros... and I have changed the way I get the oil changed in my vehicles. Well done, guys!

Omri helped service my car today and had great customer care! As a woman, you can sometimes feel like being in these service industries they try to take advantage of you and take advantage of your possible lack of knowledge, and I work in the car industry, and I thought he was very respectful and went over every process with me and gave me his best professional advice and didn’t take advantage of me in any type of way. Great price. Great customer service and will definitely be back for my next oil change.
