Terry and his staff were simply amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable pertaining to my vehicle. Terry made sure that everything was taken care of from the Cabin Air Filter, Windshield Wipers, etc.. He definitely deserves employee recognition for providing outstanding customer service and vehicle feedback. I will definitely recommend my truck driver associates to visit the 7749 Winchester Rd. location for their vehicle needs. Thank you once again Terry and your staff for a job well-done.
I came in yesterday for an oil change, and I just want to recognize the manager and another crew member for the outstanding job they did. The line was long and they were absolutely busting their butts trying to get everyone taken care of quickly and professionally. What stood out to me most was the manager’s attitude and communication. Even while being extremely busy, he stayed calm, professional, respectful, and kept customers updated the entire time. That alone made a huge difference. I easily could’ve left and gone to another drive-thru oil change place, but because of the way he handled everything, I stayed. You can teach people how to change oil, but you can’t teach great leadership and customer service like that. Him and his crew deserve recognition for the effort they put in. Great experience overall.
