Oil Change in Memphis, TN at 6525 Poplar Ave

Jarian at Take 5 Oil Change seriously deserves recognition. I ended up stuck there for almost 2 1/2 hours because of a huge mix-up with my Enterprise rental car not showing in their system, and he was incredibly patient the entire time. He kept checking on me, offered me water, and honestly just kept me company while everything was getting sorted out. Not once did he seem annoyed or frustrated, even though the situation was definitely stressful and completely out of his control. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. He turned a really frustrating experience into a much better one just by being kind and professional. Huge thanks to Jarian for going above and beyond.

Amazing job! My husband has cancer, and he usually takes care of these things for me. To be honest, I was a little nervous, and our car is new. I’m preparing to head out of town to see our daughter for some wedding activities, and we needed to get the oil changed. I didn’t want to bother my husband with everything he has going on. He recommended going to 5 MINUTE OUL CHANGE in Germantown, and I cannot tell you how impressed I was. Billy and Mason are true professionals. They were kind, respectful, and they even let me know that I really didn’t need an oil change. I only needed about half a quart of oil, and they did that for free, checked the balance on my tires, and refilled my windshield fluid. They also reset my sensors for the oil change and showed me how to do some things electronically on the inside of the car. When I asked for the bill, they gave me a bill that said zero dollars. I couldn’t believe it! I asked them to please let me pay them, and they said everything we did was free of charge. They said you aren’t charged unless you get a whole quart of oil. They were so helpful! If you get a chance, go see Billy and Mason at 5 MINUTE OUL CHANGE on Poplar in Germantown. They are so kind, and I know they’re working so hard to provide for their families. I brought my older car in because it had been driving perceptibly different. The young man patiently checked my car and found that the oil level was low, even though the gages had never registered it. And, not only did he top off my oil, he checked my tire air pressure, my coolant levels, and my windshield washer fluid! He was great! I have no reservations recommending them for servicing my car!

Once again, great service! Maggie my car got her oil changed, her tires checked & filled, her window’s & windshield cleaned, fast service, all employees very professional & so friendly & polite. I was offered a water while I waited but it was such a short wait, didn’t even have time to finish the water! The prices r very reasonable, service is top notch, employees are so professional! Highly recommend Take 5, u won’t be disappointed

Excellent customer service from these gentlemen! The manager does a fantastic job supporting his team, and it’s clear they work very well together. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was prompt, and everything was handled in a timely manner. We truly appreciated the professionalism and positive experience.
