Theses guys are amazing , a guy met me at my car with a bottle of water he should have had the water it was so hot intruded himself as John welcomed me to take 5 explained all items or I think he called it values that came with my choice thanked me for coming today then I came in contact with the person at the podium glasses believe it was Dean these guys are so knowledgeable and accommodating explained what they were doing and why they recommended each service the communication between them and the people doing my oil change was very satisfying and trustworthy they checked a filter in my car I never new was there this was the best experience I’ve ever had just these two guys alone made me feel great all the staff were so fast and friendly everyone moving with purpose as a team!you have won me over and I have a lot of family close to here as well thank you for the hospitality, coupons, this team and management are really amazing it’s hard to find great customer service anymore! Originally my wife and I were just curious stopped by this new location convent and close.to where we reside checking to see what was being offered by Take 5 , it’s was amazing the person came rite out introduced himself as the manager greeted each of us with a smile welcomed us offered us a bottle of water asked if we had ever been to Take 5 we said no.Then he began to explain the value is what he explained it as told us he would still like the opportunity to check give us that value and gain our trust and business.so we and we must say the crew was very up beat and had plenty of knowledge after speaking with the staff they all gained our trust and future business we will definitely be promoting this service to all our friends, family and church members. What a great first experience! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, and as someone who isn’t very knowledgeable about cars, I really appreciated their patience and transparency. It made the whole process much less intimidating. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others! Got oil changed and wipers as well. Best location so far thank you!!!!

Took my 01 eclipse to them as they were close to me. Really great service they even made sure that my car was well taken care of car of and checked my levels making sure everything was in order for me! I will be coming back to the location and think if you need your oil done come here! Shoutout to Caleb, Elian, John, Dean and the rest of the crew they made it easy.

I visited the shop in search of an oil change after a 1600 mile round trip to cocoa beach Florida. They were professional and helpful. I will be going back again. I don’t remember the man’s name ( dean ? ) but he was very knowledgeable about Florida and he had cool sunglasses on . I’m glad I went to take 5s new location in Knoxville TN
