Our first time trying this location, and we were definitely not disappointed! The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and super fast. Maxx and Mitch walked me through everything and made sure I understood what was needed and why. They were kind, enthusiastic, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great service. It’s refreshing to have a place where you feel welcomed, informed, and confident that your vehicle is being taken care of. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend giving them a try! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The shop located at 4516 Grassy Knoll Rd Knoxville, TN, 37931, is phenomenal! The customer service exceeded my expectations! The knowledge of product, impeccable!! Efficient and respectful of the customers time, unbeatable!! But the way this team worked so professionally and respectfully with each other, rare!!! Although the temperatures are roasting outside, this team still delivered a much needed restoration of hope in the way business in which its customer/consumer is treated: with fairness. It reminded me of the old full service gas stations that provided complete and quality service. Everyone there worked with such integrity. Much gratitude goes out to Tymir, Josh, Elian and Samuel!! I highly recommend the team at the Grassy Knoll Road, location!!
Love these guys they gave me and my grandkids water to drink and gave my grandkids sacks while we waited to get my oil changed and very professional!! Then I went back because I was gonna take trip out of town and they rechecked my oil and all the fluids again just to make sure everything was still good for the trip. Iam definitely gonna keep going here for my cars oil changes !!! Check out this place you want be disappointed they did a great service😊
