Samuel and the whole team at Ftn City Take 5 took care of me. I recently lost my husband, had a slight stroke and then spent time in the hospital when my body went septic and I was strapped for cash, but my car was way past due for an oil change. It happened then I came in on ladies day, where there was a discount and they worked with me to get everything done to my car that was necessary at a price that I could afford! They even talk to me about local restaurants, and one man shared with me that he liked to smoke food so we talked for a few minutes while they worked on my car. It took longer than the 10 minutes because there were extra things that needed to be done, but I would highly recommend them because it was exceptional and they were so kind to me at a time when I really needed kindness.
I literally cannot thank Lucas and the rest of the staff enough tonight for their help!! I had just got into Knoxville from Eastern NC when my car alerted me I had low engine oil. I had just got an oil change 2 days prior before my road trip at a chain location in NC so I knew something had to be terribly wrong. I quickly did a google search for oil change places and found that this location was the closest to me when my car alerted and was open until 7pm. I rushed over there at 6:30pm and Lucas was quick to get my car pulled into a bay. He found that the previous oil change place had messed up the seal in the filter and I was leaking oil like crazy. (They’ll get an ear full from me when I return home!) Thank God for y’all’s quick help and recognizing my panic! 🙏
Anthony was a great help! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining all the services provided. This visit was a much better experience compared to my previous one, when certain things were overlooked and I didn’t receive a mileage reminder sticker for my next service. I really appreciated Anthony’s attention to detail and excellent customer service. He made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable!
