Maddie was the person who helped me from beginning to end and she was nice and sweet and friendly! Very knowledgeable about everything she told me about and didn't try to push me to do anything other than the oil change I was there for. There was a few things she told needed to be done but I told her I let my husband deal with the car stuff and that id tell him she didn't hound or push me to get it done right then! Which I appreciate because I don't like dealing with car stuff myself bc I'm always afraid I'll be taken advantage of or railroaded but that didn't happen! Every guy that helped was also nice as well!

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Chris, a technician at Take 5 Oil Change, for his incredible kindness and outstanding help today. My car battery died while I was at Take 5 Car Wash, leaving me stranded and unsure of what to do. Chris went far beyond his professional responsibilities to help me. He physically helped move my car and then used his own vehicle’s battery to jump-start mine. His willingness to go out of his way to help a stranger was truly remarkable. As someone living in the United States as a guest in this country, this experience reminded me once again of how wonderful, kind, and genuinely helpful some people can be. Chris’s kindness meant so much more to me than simply getting my car started. He made me feel cared for and supported during a stressful situation, especially in a country where I am still finding my way. Chris, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness, generosity, and willingness to help will not be forgotten. You are a wonderful example of what outstanding customer service and genuine human kindness look like. 🙏🙏

My first time here was great. I pretty much did every service they could offer. Started my interaction with Chris with him offering me and my daughter drinks and snacks. He was fantastic: very nice, polite, and knowledgeable. Justin was also very kind and helpful in diagnosing some other issues I was having with my van. I didn’t speak to Maddy much as she was doing work under the hood but I still give her a 10/10. Would recommend to everyone!
