When In-N-Out the staff was very friendly, offered me an ice cold bottle of water explain everything to me into detail and finished off with. The whole experience was great! Super fast but still very thorough. They give you a bottle of water at the beginning (which is always nice), but at the end the guy offered me another bottle of water -- then he noticed that I was still holding the first one because I had just burned the palm of my hand (and was using it to keep from screaming) -- anyway, when he noticed it, he asked if I wanted a frozen bottle! He went out of his way to get me a frozen bottle of water to soothe my hand! Who does that?? That was top notch customer service if you ask me! The price was my only contention with the whole thing -- I get it, oil is expensive, but getting oil changed at a quick place like this is getting out of hand -- I guess you pay for the quick and courteous service -- or at least the service made the cost a little easier to take.
Today I stopped in to get an oil change. I was greeted by a group of wonderful young men. They all answered my questions, advised on other maintenance issues, & helped me navigate the website to leave a review. Took around 10-15 minutes for the entire process.I highly recommend you stop in 8 see those great you men. Thanks Juan, Matt, Micha, Zacchus, & Ian doe the great customer service!
