EXCELLENT and HONEST I was skeptical about going there because usually what happens if deals are too good there's gotta be a reason. Not in this case I was greeted with a bottle of refreshing water. Just what I needed after a long day at work. They serviced my car with excellence even checking out the previous job that I paid for that wasn't done correctly. The technicians, thank you for your integrity and patience. I will definitely refer you to people.
I Highly recommend them. They're very courteous, fast & knowledgeable. The place I went to many times before, never checked the cabin filter. It was filthy! Take 5 changed it out, oil change & winshield wiper blades. They guarantee your oil change & will top it off if you need more before the due date. The same with windshield washer, coolant & airing up your tires. No charge. They're awesome! Thanks Bentley & Josh 😊
My experience was fabulous from start to finish. I was given a bottle of cold water upon arrival, greeted in a friendly manner, immediately lead into a stall and it was the fastest oil change I’ve ever had! Journey walked me through everything I needed to know, taught me a few things about my van, and also was friendly but not a pushy sales lady and I appreciated that! The whole crew seemed cheerful and I was thankful for how quickly they got me back on the road. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the Greeneville area!
