My experience was fabulous from start to finish. I was given a bottle of cold water upon arrival, greeted in a friendly manner, immediately lead into a stall and it was the fastest oil change I’ve ever had! Journey walked me through everything I needed to know, taught me a few things about my van, and also was friendly but not a pushy sales lady and I appreciated that! The whole crew seemed cheerful and I was thankful for how quickly they got me back on the road. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the Greeneville area!

I had gone to another location for an oil change in Greeneville and didn't have a good experience, so I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my visit at this location today. Blake S did a fantastic job with telling me issues that he spotted from my previous oil change and he made sure to answer my questions about warning signs that had popped up on my odometer. Additionally, Blake offered but didn't overly push other offers with my air filters and oil options, so I was happy that my visit felt like a genuine service rather than a exaggerated sales pitch. I look forward to coming back here in the future.
