Chris, the manager, was great in providing us patient explanations for all of our questions. We initially brought our car in for just an oil change, but when testing our coolant the 6 tester floater balls all rose to the top, indicating that the coolant had broken down and no longer had the right chemical balance for what our engine needed. He explained that the 6th floater ball is weighted and when the right coolant mixture is present, that last ball will remain at the bottom while the others will float up. We appreciated that he took the time to explain all of this and also show us the before and after. Even if he thought we were annoying with all of our questions, he and his whole team were patient, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire experience. We were greeted with bottles of water as soon as we pulled up, they honored the coupon we brought in and even offered additional discounts due to the number of things we really needed to have done on our car. Great customer service, knowledgeable and patient techs, and proper vehicle servicing. Overall: great experience, 10/10.
My oil was changed but the oil needs changed notification was not cleared. I will have to return to see if they can clear it or tell me how. They really try to push the full synthetic oil, which does cost more. I just wanted regular oil but was asked at least by everyone that walked near my vehicle if I wasn't sure I didn't want full synthetic. Price was reasonable for a synthetic blend. People was nice but they do not give a full service inspecting other fluids, air in tires, filters ect like some places do. So do not expect that. It is an oil change and I was offered a radiator flush for extra cost as expected. Happy with the service I received.
EXCELLENT and HONEST I was skeptical about going there because usually what happens if deals are too good there's gotta be a reason. Not in this case I was greeted with a bottle of refreshing water. Just what I needed after a long day at work. They serviced my car with excellence even checking out the previous job that I paid for that wasn't done correctly. The technicians, thank you for your integrity and patience. I will definitely refer you to people.
