Princess Warrior,I went in as soon as they opened. The first thing I saw was a man greeting me with a bottled water. He told me of the different packages I could take. Once I chose the package I wanted he got all my information that was needed. They also showed me the filters that desperately needed to be replaced with the ones they were going to replace them with. Within 15 minutes I was out of there. Will definitely go there again.
