Oil Change in Columbia, TN at 1203 S James Campbell Blvd

I pulled in there because my tire was making a lot of noise and affecting my driving. They said no problem and looked to see what the problem was. Turns out I only had 2 lugnuts on that tire! They helped me get the car to where I could drive it home. Very carefully. They took the time to move a lugnut from one of my other tires to add to the one that was affected. That enabled me to get it home without the expense of a tow. I want to iterate, they did not tell me to do that. I did it on my own. They recommended getting a tow but I'm on limited funds so I took the risk. I'd recommend them to anyone from just being plain good people and good for the community. Thanks to all the guys for their time and attention! It is much appreciated! Oh...they did this free of charge but I tipped anyway. Tried to refuse it but I insisted.

Five-Star Service with Heart! As soon as I rolled into the facility, I was greeted with a cold bottle of water—such a thoughtful gesture! The employee who helped me was kind, soft-spoken, and very informative. I’ve been here before and already knew the drill, but I’m always open to learning something new, and they were more than willing to share. They got me in quickly, and from start to finish, the entire staff—including management—made it a truly pleasant experience. As a first responder, I really appreciate the generous discount they offer. That alone will keep me coming back, but it’s their professionalism, respect, and impeccable manners that really stand out. I wish every business followed this model. Kudos to the whole crew in Columbia, Tennessee!

10/10 Highly Recommend! After visiting several other shops over the last few weeks and being told—often quite rudely—that I’d have to wait nearly three hours, I finally stopped by Take 5 in Columbia. I arrived around 7:45 AM on a Saturday and was immediately greeted by Oz. He clearly explained the process, and the team got to work right away. The service was excellent and incredibly fast. Oz kept me informed while I waited in my car, ensuring the experience was both thorough and efficient. I will definitely be back and will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Riley & Daniel were absolutely every employers dream. From the minute we pulled up, we were offered cold water by Riley who was very polite. The guys checked everything ,no pressure or insistence to upsell Suggestions which we paid attention to & if neeeded we will always go back to them Daniel reset our dash system after changing our oil. Riley reset our blue tooth. The entire crew, including whose names we didn’t get were awesome. You’re very lucky to have such fine gentleman.

These young men that work there are GREAT!!
