Oil Change in Collierville, TN at 165 New Byhalia Rd

I come to the same place every time I need an oil change. However, my experience this time was not the best. The guys were polite, but I was there well before 7 o’clock they were there inside the building so they opened the doors at 7 o’clock, but they were not ready. The one guy went in to the bathroom to put his uniform on even though he was there well before seven the other three didn’t know how to boot up the computers that took 15 minutes of trying to figure that out. I ended up being there way longer than I should’ve if your doors open at seven your people ought to be ready, and your computers ought to be up and running

Went in expecting an oil change since it’s been over a year since my last change. I didn’t realize I had only driven 1100 miles in the last year. Sergio and Kyle took a look at my oil and saw it was still golden, double checked with the manger, and said it still looked good! They topped me off for free and were incredibly nice. Very pleased with their service and their honesty. Great experience!

I would like to give a very special shout out to one of the technicians at my facility: Nick! So one of the other techs was retightening a screw under my hood with a wrench. He slipped a little and then grew tired of tightening the screw, threw the wrench down and said “that’s good enough!” I’m like “wait a minute!! I didn’t know how important that screw was but I don’t want to end up broken down in the side if the road somewhere because it was ‘good enough!’” Before I could say anything, Nick picked up the wrench and continued to tightened the screw all the way. He then checked everything else to make sure it was done correctly. That made me so happy because I was having a really bad day and sometimes it’s just the little things. Thank you Nick. I was going give my visit 4 starts but Nick deserves 5. He actually deserves 10!

Waited about an hour in the hot sun before being attended to. Because my owner’s manual says 6.5 quarts of oil and you only have 5 quarts in your manual I have to pay an outrageous price for the 1.5 quarts of oil not included in the base price. This is a blatant attempt to charge more and you know that which makes it that much more ridiculous. Even the high outrageous charges for coolant is ridiculous and again you know it so that is a huge slap in the face. I would not recommend you to anyone because your thirst for more and more profit will lead to less customers like me.

Fast, professional, and hassle-free. I brought in my 2025 Bronco for an oil change and the team got me taken care of quickly. They explained my oil options, didn’t pressure me into extra services, and had me back on the road in no time. The staff was friendly, the shop was clean, and the pricing was fair.
